Billing, Prepaid & Subscriptions
What will happen when I upgrade my subscription?
If you upgrade a paid plan (e.g. Pro) and upgrade to a higher plan (e.g. Ultra), the following happens:
- You will be debited the hourly pro-rata cost of the Ultra plan until the end of the billing cycle
- You will be credited the hourly pro-rata cost of the Pro plan until the end of the billing cycle
- At the beginning of the next billing cycle, you will be charged for the full cost of the Ultra plan
What will happen when I downgrade my subscription?
If you downgrade a paid plan (e.g. Pro) and downgrade to a lower plan (e.g. Starter), the following happens:
- Your account will immediately be downgraded and no longer benefit from the higher-level plan you have pre-paid for
- You will not receive a refund for the funds you have pre-paid for the higher priced plan
What will happen when I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription in our webinterface, the following happens:
- Your account will be downgraded at the end of the billing cycle.
- You will lose all benefits from the paid plan level.
